| Wine Tasting Notes: | As always, a beautiful colour with luminous greens. Distinctive Hunter lemongrass/straw aromas as a young wine. Sweet fruit flavours initially on the palate indicating perfect ripeness. Excellent acid structure, long flavours of lime and apple blossom. Perfect in its youth and a wine that will bottle age gracefully. |
